New Center for Digital Experience draws on digital veterans Lyle Bunn and Bill Petrie to advance screenmedia application and supply.
Center for Digital Experience to Focus on Advancing Screenmedia Application for Customer Experience
Toronto, ON: Feb 13, 2017: The Center for Digital Experience (CDX) (www.cdigex.org) has been founded by place-based digital media specialist Lyle Bunn, who will serve as Chair and technology organization veteran Bill Petrie, who will serve as its President. The two digital technology veterans have had many successful collaborations in industry association management, market research, supplier support and advancing the application of technologies.
“Digital experiences are the basis of our new economy. End users have an increasingly urgent need to tap into digital capabilities that serve their omnichannel and customer engagement goals. Meanwhile, providers are frustrated by the challenges of profiling and offering their capabilities,” said Bunn.
Petrie, who served as President of the Information Technology Association of Canada for Ontario said “Professionals involved in place-based screenmedia, marketing and communications need to connect with each other to bring innovation to B2B, B2B2C and Business to Consumer (B2C) experiences.”
The CDX will provide many opportunities for professional networking and learning while also providing research, case studies and profile to provider capabilities. In being highly inclusive, CDX invites live and webinar training program presenters, suppliers to list their capabilities and professionals to learn and network. Through these the practices of digital experiences will be advanced through better conceptualization, design, planning, investment, execution and optimization.
The launch event of CDX, being planned for Tuesday, March 21, 2017 in downtown Toronto will include a guest presentation from the brand communications community.
